The short version

Krediit helps you get more from the credit cards you already have. It is an informational tool, not financial advice: reward math is computed from publicly documented card rules, which issuers change without notice — always confirm terms with your bank before a decision that depends on them. Krediit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. Be sensible, don't abuse the service, and everything here stays simple.

Who we are

The Krediit app (“Krediit”, “we”, “us”) is published by Rahul Baboria. For anything in these terms, contact support@krediit.online. This agreement is between you and us — not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”) or Google LLC (“Google”), who act only as distributors of the app.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app. You must be at least 18 years old — Krediit is a credit-card tool and is not directed at minors.

Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Krediit on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and, for the iOS app, with the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, its card catalog, or its data feeds, except where the law expressly permits it despite this limitation.

Your account

Using Krediit requires a Krediit account — your wallet, spends, plans and Pro status are bound to it and backed up so they can follow you to a new phone. Give us accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app.

Krediit Pro subscription

Krediit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and renewal period are shown in the app before you buy; payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and the subscription renews automatically at that price until you cancel in your store's subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies. We may change Pro's price or contents prospectively; a price change never applies to an already-paid period and the store will ask you to confirm where its rules require it.

Not financial advice

Krediit provides reward calculations, card comparisons and news for information only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not a licensed financial advisor, bank or card issuer. Reward rules, valuations, transfer partners, fees and offers are compiled from public sources and can be incomplete, outdated or wrong; card issuers change them without notice. Verify anything that matters with the issuer before acting on it. Decisions you take — which card to apply for, use or cancel, what to buy, where to transfer points — are yours alone.

Third-party names and services

Bank, card-network and loyalty-programme names, marks and card artwork belong to their owners; their appearance in Krediit is referential and implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. The app relies on third-party services — sign-in through Google or Apple, data hosting by Supabase, subscription processing by RevenueCat and the stores — and your use of those flows is also subject to their terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms (for example your mobile carrier's) when using the app.

Warranty disclaimer

Krediit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If the iOS app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other warranty claim, loss or liability is our responsibility alone.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Krediit — including loss caused by acting on reward calculations, valuations or news that turn out to be inaccurate — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Responsibility for the app

We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the app, its content, its maintenance and support (neither store has any obligation to provide any), and for addressing any claim relating to it — including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer-protection or similar law, and claims that the app infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights. Questions and complaints go to support@krediit.online, not to the stores.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

For the iOS app, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Termination

These terms apply until ended. You end them by deleting your account and the app. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms — abuse of the service, attempts to breach other users' data, or unlawful use. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we'll revise the effective date above and note the change in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law & grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. Grievances go to support@krediit.online; we respond within 30 days.
